Congratulations to Harrison Newell who has started in the ‘A Word’ over the last few weeks on BBC 1. You did extremely well Harrison and we are all very proud of you. I do think you can sing a lot better than Bill!!! Well done

THE FINCH EXIT

There is a bit of congestion around the Finch exit door at 3:30pm. 135 children leave school through this door and it becomes congested with parents standing by the door and along the walls. Please could I ask that you all stand back in the playground, your children will be able to find you so much easier. The children will come to you with all their belongings. Unless you need to speak to a member of staff, there should be no reason for coming into school. Thank you for your co-operation.

BREAKFAST CLUB

In the morning, school is still being cleaned and the floors can still be wet and slippery. All belongings should be kept in breakfast club. Thank you.

PARKING

Please do not park across our neighbours drives. It causes chaos and I am sure that you would be upset if you couldn’t access your own driveway. There are times that it becomes very tense on the road outside school and my biggest fear is that a child will get hurt amongst the chaos. We are encouraging children to walk to and from school as much as possible. Walking from a car parked in front of school doesn’t count.
