SCHOOL UNIFORM

We are pleased to announce that once again Moses Schoolwear, on Drake Street in Rochdale, will be stocking all items of our school uniform this year.  If you mention that you have seen this reminder in the newsletter you will qualify for a 10% discount!

PIERCED EARS

If you are thinking of having your child’s ears pierced it would be advisable to do so at the start of the summer holiday. It will give them time to heal properly before we come back to school in September. In September the earrings must be removed or covered for PE.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please ensure that your child takes home all their personal belongings before we finish next Frid

DINNER MONEY

Please note that from September, dinner money will be £2.10 per day: £10.50 per week.  All outstanding dinner money must be paid before we finish next week avoiding being charged at the new rate in September. Children in Reception, Years 1 and 2 all qualify for Universal Free School Meals, however, if you currently qualify for Free School Meals (regardless of what year your child is in), you must renew your application ready for September now. New forms are available in the office.

FRIDAY, 21ST JULY

This will be Miss. Rae’s last day. She leaves with our best wishes for her new job in September.

All the children will watch the year six production in the morning. This is a normal uniform day and year sixes can sign each other’s shirts.

Good luck to all the year sixes who are moving onto high school. Work hard and you will all succeed. It’s been a pleasure watching you all grow and develop over the last 7 years.

SUMMER HOLIDAY

Just a reminder that we break up for summer on Friday, 21st July, at 3.30pm and return on Wednesday, 6th September, at  8.45am.

I wish you all a great summer holiday and I really hope the sun shines.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate in calling into school.
